So why have left 40 tons of an highly toxic product in the tanks ?
Why the 3 security systems were failing ?
Why not have maintained them ?

French or European scientists affirmed that the plant, by its choices even of production, with enormous quantity of MIC stored and not produced progressively needs, was "a real bomb with retardement"…
Several incidents were already produced at the same time in the plant on the American ground and on in Bhopal even before the catastrophe (1 dead in 1983).

Beyond the first catastrophe, Union Carbide and its interference are in origin of the second generation of victims, due to a contamination of the grounds and water of the ground water.
Dow Chemicals, which repurchased U.C. in 2001 does not want to take the responsabilities for its purchase and help the current and future victims.

How long still will the mothers of Bhopal see their children being born with malformations ? How much victims will still make the catastrophe and immobilism of the persons responsible ?
